We are looking for Paediatric Communicative Disorders Assistants (CDA) who have a passion for working with children and can provide support to our Speech Language Pathologists within our School-Based Rehabilitation Program. We are currently hiring a full time position (Union and other employment models available) with openings in Scarborough.

Skills needed for success:

  • Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA) graduate certificate is required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of direct CDA experience
  • Previous experience in Pediatric setting is preferred
  • Member of the Communicative Disorders Assistant Association (CDAAC) considered an asset
  • You are a highly energetic and enthusiastic individual who loves to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment with changing priorities.
  • Highly organized, with ability to multitask conflicting priorities.
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and work within a multidisciplinary team
  • Must have a current valid G2/G driving license and access to a reliable insured vehicle.
  • Ability to speak French would be considered an asset.
