Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with office environment or massage clinic a plus, clerical duties, and customer support is highly valued. Job position includes a combination of personal interactions, desk and admin work, and cleaning/physical work.
Scheduling is provided monthly, and flexible to a point. Currently we are unable to work around anymore college or university schedules.
Performance reviews are provided every 3 months with large opportunities for growth and financial raises

Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing excellent phone etiquette
- Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and take detailed messages accurately
- Maintain appointment calendars and schedule meetings using calendar management tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
- Assist with office management duties such as organizing supplies and maintaining cleanliness of the front desk area
- Support customer service efforts by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage correspondence via email and other communication channels effectively
- Perform clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and data entry to support daily operations
Experience
- Prior office experience or administrative support roles preferred
- Familiarity with front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus
- Bilingual skills are desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management capabilities
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a professional setting
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette
- Previous experience in medical or dental receptionist roles is advantageous but not required

Pay: From $15.35 per hour
Expected hours: 27 – 40 per week
