Job Overview Omega Developments is a fast-growing real estate investment and land development company with an active portfolio including Soccer Stadium, Hospitality Event Centres, Future Entertainment Facility - World Of Arts in Vaughan and Restaurants in GTA, and multiple high-rise, mid-rise, and commercial development projects in Vaughan, Innisfil, Fort Lauderdale, and Plantation, Florida. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated Administrative Assistant / Real Estate Research Analyst to support the CEO.

This role involves conducting property and market research, supporting real estate transactions, reading and analyzing architectural and construction documents, and managing administrative functions related to development projects. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and comfortable multitasking in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone with a long-term mindset who wants to grow within the company.

Duties

  • Conduct comprehensive market and property research for ongoing and new real estate projects and new plaza in GTA and East Florida, Miami and Fort Lauderdale
  • Identify and research development opportunities in Ontario, Florida
  • Perform cold calling and outreach to real estate agents and brokerages
  • Research listings and developing design using MLS, LoopNet, , and other platforms
  • Read and understand leases, purchase and sale agreements, and design block and site plans, zoning/property management documents
  • Interpret architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical plans
  • Prepare concise, detailed internal reports summarizing research findings
  • Coordinate communication and document flow with agents, brokers, and consultants
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, typing, and emailing
  • Assist with property management-related tasks as needed
  • Support the CEO in tracking leads, deals, and follow-ups related to development

Requirements

  • Must be familiar with MLS, LoopNet, and other real estate search platforms
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Prior experience in real estate, land development, or property research preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in property management considered an asset
  • Must be seeking a long-term opportunity and be able to adapt to evolving project needs

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
