Summary

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Host or Host to join our team at Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House in Canada. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued as they enjoy our delicious menu offerings. Your presence will help create a warm and inviting atmosphere that reflects our commitment to quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements.
  • Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and needs.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand.
  • Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle phone inquiries professionally.
  • Support team members in delivering a positive dining experience.
  • Uphold health and safety standards at all times.
  • Qualifications
  • Proven experience in guest services or hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
  • Previous restaurant or food service experience is advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
