Prism Construction is seeking an experienced
Construction Project Manager
to take ownership of commercial and industrial building projects from start to finish. This role demands a seasoned professional who can handle complex projects, juggle multiple stakeholders, and deliver exceptional results under pressure. What You'll Do

  • Direct all phases of assigned projects, from pre-construction through turnover.
  • Control budgets, schedules, and deliverables while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Review and negotiate contracts, change orders, and progress claims.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, consultants, and municipalities.
  • Lead and mentor field staff, subcontractors, and suppliers with accountability.
  • Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with Prism's systems and procedures.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and dependable follow-through.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7-10 years of project management experience in commercial/industrial construction.
  • Track record of managing multi-million-dollar projects independently.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and permitting processes in B.C.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP/project management software knowledge is an asset.

  • Competitive salary $115,000 - $140,000 per year (based on experience)
