As a Senior Site Superintendent, You Will
- Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout.
- Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and trades, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Coordinate schedules, inspections, and material deliveries to keep projects on track.
- Resolve issues proactively while maintaining budgets and timelines.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and communication with project managers.
- Represent Prism with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.
Qualifications
- 10 or more years of commercial/industrial construction experience.
- Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction methods.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is an asset (training provided).

Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time, permanent position
- Competitive salary $95,000 to $120,000 per year (based on experience)
