About the role:

Reporting to the Director of Partnerships, this B2B role focuses on managing and growing key enterprise relationships across Canada. You'll work closely with executives and dealer networks to promote and strengthen our consumer financing programs.

You're someone who builds genuine, mutually beneficial partnerships. You think strategically, use data to guide decisions, and collaborate well across teams. You bring strong business acumen, a service-first mindset, and can manage multiple priorities while holding yourself accountable for results.

You can expect to spend up to 25% of your time in the field supporting partner engagement and network growth across Canada.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing network accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for strategic partners, managing promotional calendars, program proposals, and ongoing projects.
  • Manage onboarding, training, and launch plans, working closely with our merchant sales team to activate new accounts.
  • Leverage data-driven tools to provide business KPIs and on-going reporting to strategic partners.
  • Run regular business reviews to identify trends, opportunities, and ways to optimize partner programs.
  • Build and execute join business plans focused on dealer activation, program usage, and network growth.
  • Consistently deliver against volume goals while ensuring an excellent partner experience.
  • Secure and renew partnership contracts, while negotiating preferential terms to align with business objectives.
  • Recommend best practices for improving consumer financing programs, with a strong understanding of the target market.
  • Use product expertise and consultative training to drive engagement across partner sales teams and dealer networks.
  • Represent Financeit at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings.

Requirements

  • BA degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of B2B account management experience, ideally within national partnerships or indirect sales.
  • Genuine passion for building strong, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence presenting to leaders and larger audiences.
  • Understanding of home improvement, consumer lending, SaaS or financial services is an asset.
  • You know your way around a CRM, ideally Salesforce.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel for partner engagement and industry events across Canada.
