-We are seeking a professional and personable Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional skincare and beauty services, ensuring a relaxing and satisfying experience for clients. This role involves a combination of skincare treatments, retail sales, guest services, and maintaining high standards of sanitation and professionalism. The Esthetician will play a vital role in enhancing client satisfaction and promoting our range of beauty products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
  • Deliver personalized consultations to recommend suitable treatments and products based on client needs.
  • Provide excellent guest services by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client inquiries effectively.
  • Conduct product demos and upsell skincare, makeup, and beauty products to enhance the client experience.
  • Maintain proper sanitation and sterilization procedures for all tools and treatment areas in compliance with health regulations.
  • Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, checking in guests, and processing payments.
  • Assist with retail sales by educating clients on product benefits and recommending suitable options.
  • Support team efforts in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and overall salon ambiance.

Experience

  • Prior experience as an Esthetician or in a similar beauty service role is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in skincare treatments.
  • Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product demonstrations is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with body waxing, eyelash extensions, hair styling, nail care, and hospitality is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills to educate clients about services and products while fostering a welcoming environment. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50.00-$65.00 per hour
