We are seeking a skilled and passionate Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional services to enhance the well-being and appearance of our clients.

Looking for an Esthetician that has established partial or full clientele.

As an Esthetician, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality guest experiences while promoting our range of services and products.

Responsibilities

  • Perform various skincare treatments, including facials, body waxing, and body cavitation and contouring.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by following all health and safety regulations.
  • Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
  • Engage in retail sales by recommending products that complement treatments and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Upsell services to clients based on their individual needs and preferences.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Qualifications

  • Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients.
  • Knowledge of skincare products and techniques, including body waxing and body contouring.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the workplace.
