Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks will be essential in providing an outstanding experience for our patrons.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable
  • Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while creating a friendly environment for guests

Skills

  • Proficient in using POS systems, particularly Micros POS
  • Previous restaurant experience in the food industry is preferred
  • Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions
  • Knowledge of food safety and food handling practices
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members

Pay includes hourly plus tips.
