Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Door to Door Sales Representative, based in Halifax, NS, with opportunities for remote work. The role involves prospecting for potential customers through door-to-door outreach, and conducting engaging product presentations. You will also contribute to achieving sales targets, attend trainings to enhance product knowledge, and represent MAG Solar's brand and values in the community.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with potential customers and answer inquiries
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Comfort with training sessions to improve performance and product knowledge
  • Experience or familiarity with the renewable energy or solar industry is a plus
  • Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model, balancing fieldwork and remote tasks
