You would be joining the Seller Experience organization within eBay which is at the heart of the overall eBay marketplace. This team focuses on end-to-end digital experiences for our sellers, making it seamless to list, sell and grow a thriving business with eBay. Our product, engineering and design teams obsess over building best-in-class experiences our eBay seller community loves. The Product Manager of Listing Flows will be responsible for the complete vision and end-to-end execution of an experience across a key product area. This will include the listings experience for our C2C and B2C sellers globally. Develop and effectively champion a data-driven and market-informed product strategy that aligns to our eBay corporate strategy and delivers tangible outcomes. What You Will Do: Develop a compelling and iterative roadmap and launch plan that supports both our marketplace business growth goals and our seller success metrics Innovate solutions for our customers, with a focus on mobile-native experiences Collaborate with senior leaders across eBay's management team to align plans with partners in the core product, design and technology teams as well as within the teams across functions: analytics, marketing, operations, sales, and strategy Demonstrate a focus on listening to our end-users and feed their voice into our product development process. Leverage design and research partnerships to get insights and feedback throughout the entire product lifecycle. Build processes for continuous improvements Create connections and processes across teams that will drive efficient cross-team collaboration and clear alignment Create processes and deliver with speed and clarity Practice a "decide and go" mentality across you and your team to prioritize and propel the process forward to hit our targets. Partner closely with Program Management to handle blockers and communicate dates and achievements Have a passion and strive to improve experiences, influencing a higher bar on quality What you will accomplish: 5 + years of experience building products, with a deep expertise in customer focused product management Experience handling complex, multi-phase strategic product(s) in parallel with the ability to lead matrix teams in a global context to success delivery and excellence Shown ability and in market examples of handling a product that drove significant impact for millions of end users globally Outstanding analytical attitude with a successful track of launching products with measurable impact on a global scale Sophisticated understanding in basic data analysis; able to "self-serve" and work with analytics partners to figure out tracking is needed, synthesize/report results, etc. Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle from planning through deployment; experience using test and validation frameworks throughout the product lifecycle.
