What We Are Looking For:

  • Experience is Essential: Prior experience working in a professional kitchen environment is required.
  • Full-Time Commitment: Must be willing and available to work full-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Fast-Paced Environment: Proven ability to work efficiently and quickly during peak service times.
  • Reliable and Mature: We need a dependable individual with a professional and mature approach to work.
  • Team Player: A positive attitude and willingness to support the entire kitchen and front-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Washing Duties: Efficiently and thoroughly clean all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, and pans.
  • Organization: Sorting and stacking clean items and ensuring they are returned to the proper storage areas.
  • Kitchen Support: Assisting cooks and chefs with basic prep tasks as needed.
  • Cleanliness: Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dish pit, kitchen floors, and storage areas.
  • Handling: Safely handling and storing all kitchen wares.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Wages: Starting at Minimum Wage.
  • Tip Out: You will be included in the pub's daily tip-out pool.
