What you'll do

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all dishware, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
  • Assist in food preparation tasks to support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service times.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards through proper food handling and sanitation practices.
  • Clean kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall kitchen efficiency and service quality.
  • Support cooking staff as needed, contributing to meal preparation and presentation.

Basic qualifications

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
