Compensation: Commission Only (8–12% GP, 2–4% Sales on LBM)

About Us

Golden City Supply is a fast-growing building materials distributor specializing in cabinets,

flooring, vanities, countertops, and soon expanding into a full line of lumber & building materials

(LBM). We are looking for motivated and entrepreneurial Outside Sales Representatives to help

us grow our contractor and retail customer base.

About the Role

This is a commission-only, independent contractor position ideal for someone who is selfdriven,

competitive, and enjoys building long-term client relationships.

You will sell:


• Kitchen cabinets


• Flooring


• Vanities


• Countertops


• (Coming Soon) Lumber & Building Materials

Target customers include:


• Contractors


• Home builders


• Renovation companies


• Retail clients


• Designers and flooring/cabinet stores

What You'll Do


• Prospect and generate new leads


• Visit contractors, stores, and job sites


• Build relationships with decision-makers


• Prepare quotes and follow up


• Maintain a pipeline of active deals


• Track all activity in our CRM


• Attend a brief weekly sales check-in

Compensation


• 8–12% of gross profit for high-margin products


• 2–4% of total sales for LBM


• Unlimited earning potential — you control your income


• Commission paid when invoices are fully paid


• No cap and no base salary

• Professional conduct with clients


• Experience in cabinets/flooring/LBM is an asset but not mandatory


• Must have your own vehicle and valid driver's license
