Job SummaryThe Catering and Events Coordinator is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives and staff members at all times at the Sunlife head office in Montreal.
Now, if you were to come on board as our Catering and Events Coordinator , we'd ask you to do the following for us:
- Coordinate events and catering logistics for onsite events
- Provide high-level internal and external customer support
- Share information about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest
- Weekly and daily communication with Experience Team
- Work closely with facilities, local technology, and other workplace departments
- Interface with vendors
Think you have what it takes to be our Guest Experience Ambassador? We're committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here's how we'll know you are the best fit:
- Hospitality degree or experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
- Two to three years' experience in front of house operations at a corporate office.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, analytically inclined and a team player
- Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet frequent deadlines
- Strong business acumen & professionalism
- Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment.
