We're expanding quickly and need a Business Systems & Growth Manager who can help transform us from spreadsheets and manual processes into a scalable, integrated, and data-driven business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the company-wide implementation of Simpro job management software
  • Transition existing spreadsheets and manual workflows into automated, integrated systems
  • Oversee inventory and purchasing system setup, ensuring alignment with job costing and financial reporting
  • Implement and manage a CRM system to improve lead tracking, client communication, and project visibility
  • Collaborate with leadership and department heads to design KPIs, dashboards, and accountability systems
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support ongoing business development and strategic growth projects

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience with Simpro, ServiceM8, Jobber, or other field service management platforms
  • Strong background in operations, process improvement, or business systems management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect office, field, and leadership teams
  • Tech-savvy and confident implementing new tools, automations, and integrations
  • Self-starter who thrives on structure, measurable results, and getting things done
