Location: Ottawa, Ontario (Hybrid)  

Salary: $17.75/hour (minimum) to $32.31/hour (maximum)

The successful candidate will help perform IT security operations to detect and respond to cybersecurity threats across cloud systems and office networks. You Have:

• Solid technical skills and understanding of IT security practices and cyber threats 
• Knowledge of security investigations and analysis 
• Experience configuring and maintaining cloud-native security applications, particularly Azure and Microsoft 365 Defender 
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy 
• Experience in software development, automation, and pipeline-based deployment is a strong asset 

And this is totally you:

• Monitor and address security vulnerabilities in Azure infrastructure, web applications, and user accounts 
• Respond to security and infrastructure incidents as part of a collaborative team 
• Implement security configurations and troubleshoot performance issues 
• Support identity and access management through Entra 
• Collaborate with technology teams to embed security best practices into development lifecycles 
• Stay current on emerging cloud security threats and share insights with the team 
• Pursuing a diploma or degree program related to cybersecurity

The Enterprise works in partnership with stakeholders and counterparts nationally across Canada. Due to the nature of the work performed for this position, the incumbent is required to communicate with colleagues in Quebec, Ontario and/or other provinces in English. Proficiency in French is an asset, but not a requirement of this role.
