This team is committed to helping people with a safe and timely recovery and return to work. Some areas that have hired summer students include: Care Navigation Contract Management Healthcare Payment Health Services Management Mental Stress Injuries Program Professional Practice Return to Work Serious Injury Program Service Excellence Our Service Excellence team is dedicated to supporting the WSIB's customers. We help businesses register online, pay premiums, and create safer workplaces. We also assist individuals with reporting workplace injuries or illnesses, receiving benefit payments, and answering questions about their claims. Some areas that have hired summer students include: Employer Account Services Claims Registration Health and Safety Program Design and Enablement Program Effectiveness Service Excellence Administrative Workforce Management Technology Our Technology team supports the organization by providing electronic solutions, data analysis and reporting, and managing our vendors and suppliers.
