This team is committed to helping people with a safe and timely recovery and return to work. Some areas that have hired summer students include: Care Navigation Contract Management Healthcare Payment Health Services Management Mental Stress Injuries Program Professional Practice Return to Work Serious Injury Program Service Excellence Our Service Excellence team is dedicated to supporting the WSIB’s customers. We help businesses register online, pay premiums, and create safer workplaces. We also assist individuals with reporting workplace injuries or illnesses, receiving benefit payments, and answering questions about their claims. Applicants may also apply if they are returning to studies in the next academic term or have completed graduation requirements within the last six (6) months. Final‑year students must provide proof of enrollment for their last semester. Available to work for the entire duration of the summer (May 4, 2026 – September 4, 2026) full time with no planned absences. If you advance in the recruitment process, you will be required to provide proof of eligibility to work legally in Canada.
