Job Summary - TOTAL OFFICE
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities in the area of stationery and office furniture, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth in your designated territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a knack for analyzing market trends, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
- Utilize Sales-I / Excel to track sales activities, manage accounts, and report on performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings in the market.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales or business development is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent account management capabilities to foster long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in computers and typing (clerical skills) for tracking sales activities.
- Must have drivers' license and own vehicle
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
