Outside Sales Representative

Fire+ Alberta is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for our Medicine Hat branch.
The successful candidate will have a positive, professional attitude focusing on customer satisfaction, maintaining an orderly appearance, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for the sales process from inception to the execution of the order. Safety sales or training is an asset.
Business Hours are Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm.
Closed weekends and statutory holidays
Main Responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls & emails
Maintain Sales Team KPI
Prepare detailed and accurate proposals based on client requirements
Negotiate contracts and terms to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement for both the client and the company
Answering customer enquiries and determining customer needs/requirements
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Researching ways to penetrate new markets
Identifying new business through gaining referrals and cold calling
Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales
Working with our inside/outside sales teams and suppliers to help create new sales strategies
Support sales and service staff in managing client relationships
Create a welcoming environment for customers and fellow staff members
Skills Required:

Class 5 Drivers Licence with a clean abstract and reliable vehicle
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00 per year
