Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Program Coordinator located in Calgary, AB. The Program Coordinator will oversee program management and development, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include facilitating partnerships with donors and community organizations, coordinating event logistics, managing participant communications, and ensuring programs align with the organization's mission and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Program Management and Program Development to plan, implement, and evaluate successful initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Project Management with attention to detail, organization, and multitasking capabilities.
  • Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive relationships with partners, donors, and participants.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using office and project management tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Experience in the non-profit or community development sector is an asset.
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or a related field is preferred.
