Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies across multiple platforms to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement. Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram.
  • Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Monitor social media channels for customer engagement, respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve organic reach.
  • Utilize social media management tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, analyze performance metrics, and streamline workflows.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall brand objectives and e-commerce campaigns.
  • Track analytics using Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to increase visibility and sales.
  • Proofread all content before publishing to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and professionalism.

Skills

  • Proven experience with digital marketing strategies, including social media management and content creation.
  • Videography and editing of short form video.
  • Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite and Buffer.
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to target audiences.
