**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Videographer to join our team. As our Social Media Videographer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, editing, and producing compelling video content optimized for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook. You will play a key role in shaping our brand's visual identity and storytelling narrative through engaging video content.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop video content ideas and concepts that align with our brand's objectives and target audience.
- Plan and execute video shoots, including location scouting, talent coordination, and equipment setup.
- Capture high-quality video footage using professional camera equipment and techniques.
- Edit video content using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, ensuring high-quality output that meets brand standards.
- Optimize video content for various social media platforms, including aspect ratios, video lengths, and captions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media video production and incorporate innovative techniques into our content strategy.
- Analyze performance metrics and user engagement data to continually refine and improve our video content strategy.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a videographer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your video production skills and creativity.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and their video requirements, including aspect ratios, video lengths, and best practices for engagement.
- Strong storytelling abilities and a keen eye for visual composition and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of basic lighting and audio techniques for video production is a plus.
- A passion for real estate videography and a desire to create impactful content that resonates with our audience.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
