We're currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you're passionate about cars, enjoy helping people, and thrive in a fast-paced shop environment, we'd love to hear from you

What You'll Do:

  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and listen carefully to their concerns
  • Advise customers on required maintenance, tire options, and repair services based on vehicle inspection and manufacturer recommendations
  • Prepare accurate estimates, repair orders, and invoices using our shop management software
  • Communicate clearly with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of jobs
  • Keep customers informed throughout the service process and ensure their complete satisfaction
  • Promote OK Tire products, warranties, and seasonal tire changeover services
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front counter area

What We're Looking For:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a customer service role (automotive or tire industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of vehicle systems, maintenance schedules, and tire applications (training provided if needed)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Basic computer proficiency; experience with shop management systems like Costar would be an asset
  • Valid Class 5 driver's licence with a clean abstract
