We are hiring a Full Time Advisor to join our team.

**Job Description**:
Must be positive and confident while dealing with customers.

Strong time management skills and customer service skills are an asset.

Maintain high standard of customer satisfaction.

Knowledge and understanding of the automotive field is a asset but not required.

Be able to accurately take customer information and complaints and record them onto a work order.

Be able to explain to customer the cause of the vehicle issues and what parts are required to fix the problem.

Be able to order and receive parts into our system.

Confidant when speaking to customers both on the phone and in person.

Ensure customer follow up is completed.

Be able to learn the technician speeds to accurately book in work efficiently.

Highschool diploma.

A valid Class 5 Driver's Driver's License.

Previous experience with COSTAR would be ideal.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
