Duties
- Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival at the service department.
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
- Provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs or maintenance services.
- Prepare repair orders with accurate descriptions of work needed, parts required, and estimated timeframes.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and services.
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer vehicle needs while maintaining integrity.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently and accurately.
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and ensure their satisfaction upon completion of service.
- Maintain detailed records of all service interactions and transactions for accountability and future reference.
- Promote dealership services, products, and warranty options to enhance customer value.
Skills
- Proven experience in an automotive dealership or repair shop environment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles and automotive repair processes.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers.
- Sales aptitude with experience in upselling services or products effectively.
- Cash handling experience ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
- Knowledge of dealership management systems or CRM software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive care and dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences within a professional dealership setting.

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
