This position is responsible for performing day to day activities related to production of boards. This includes monitoring the production process and operating equipment, producing orders according to plan, understanding all stations of the press area, tracking semi-finished and finished materials from the beginning of the process through the end by way of computer, visual inspection, monitoring materials for quality and ensuring proper function, cleaning and minor maintenance of equipment and areas of the plant as required. This position must also keep track and record downtime and production numbers.

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate

Experience

  • 2 to 4 years of related work experience
  • Actual work experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is an asset
  • Experience with metric and standard measurements
