Are you friendly, organized, and passionate about helping others? Our warm, family-oriented dental office is looking for a dental receptionist/office administrator to join our caring team

Duties

  • Greet patients with a smile and create a welcoming, comfortable environment
  • Manage appointments, confirm visits and coordinate scheduling
  • Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiriess
  • Verify patient insurance information, process claims and assist with billing
  • Collect patient payments and explain billing procedures clearly
  • Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and correspondence
  • Coordinate with dental staff to confirm schedules and facilitate patient flow throughout the day
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a professional environment
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures regarding patient confidentiality and safety

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist is required
  • Dental assisting background preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge of Tracker dental practice management software is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, appointment scheduling, and billing processes
  • Office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$33.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
