At Panacea Dental we are looking for dedicated and skilled team members to join our Waterdown location. The ideal candidate is a motivated multi-tasker who values teamwork and is committed to providing outstanding care to our valued patients.

Position: Certified Level II Dental Assistant.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials for dental procedures.
  • Assist the dentist during procedures by passing instruments and materials as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including disinfecting operatories and sterilizing instruments.
  • Update and maintain patient dental records accurately.
  • Support dentists and staff as required, including providing backup for the receptionist when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Previous dental assisting experience is preferred (4 to 5 years preferred).
  • Successful completion of a Dental Assisting Certificate (preferred).
  • Level II and HARP certification (required).
  • Valid CPR certification (required).
  • Flexible schedule with availability for evening and weekend shifts based on business needs.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Punctual and reliable with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively to a variety of patients.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
