Requirements:

  • An understanding of pastry production, equipment, and automated lines

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing goals as necessary

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment and demonstrate a solid understanding of Food Safety

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Solution oriented attitude and the ability to adhere to strict quality standards

  • Compliance with established policies and procedures, maintain record-keeping for process control, operation needs and personnel requirements

  • Investigate and identify issues and recommend solutions

  • Must be able to work in both a hot and cold environment.

  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per day

Skills/Qualifications:

  • The successful candidate will have At least 2 years experience with pastry production.

  • Ability to multitask, foster teamwork, comply with production standards, Maintain safe practices and procedures, track progress

  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 50 Pounds. Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

It is a permanent full time position and we will train.

Must able to speak, read and write English

Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

Shift: 7am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday
