Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Reflexologist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of reflexology techniques and a passion for helping clients achieve relaxation and relief from stress. As a Reflexologist, you will provide therapeutic foot and hand treatments that promote overall well-being, utilizing your knowledge of medical terminology and excellent customer service skills to create a positive experience for each client.

Natura Wellness Group is a holistic wellness clinic offering a range of services, including massage therapy, osteopathy, acupuncture, facials, and beauty services. We are a growing, supportive team passionate about natural health, client care, and creating a warm, relaxing environment for every client.

Responsibilities

  • Perform reflexology treatments on clients, focusing on pressure points in the feet and hands to promote relaxation and healing.
  • Assess client needs and tailor treatments accordingly, ensuring a personalized approach to each session.
  • Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding their treatment plans, providing education on the benefits of reflexology.
  • Document client progress and any relevant feedback to enhance future treatments.
  • Foster a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits through exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Certification in reflexology from an accredited institution is required.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology related to anatomy and physiology is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey treatment information clearly.
