Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Reflexologist to join our wellness team in . This role involves providing therapeutic foot and hand reflexology treatments to promote relaxation, improve circulation, and support overall health. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human anatomy, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to tailor treatments to their individual needs. Duties

  • Perform professional reflexology sessions on clients, focusing on foot and hand zones to stimulate healing and relaxation.
  • Assess client needs through consultation and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized treatment area in accordance with health and safety standards.
  • Educate clients on reflexology benefits and provide guidance for at-home practices if appropriate.
  • Keep accurate records of treatments provided and client progress.
  • Ensure excellent customer service by creating a calming environment and addressing client questions or concerns professionally.
  • Stay informed about the latest reflexology techniques and industry best practices through ongoing education.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience or training in reflexology, massage therapy, or related holistic health practices is preferred.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus for understanding client conditions and treatment documentation.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain procedures, benefits, and aftercare instructions effectively.
  • Certification or licensing as required by local regulations is highly desirable.
