What you'll accomplish with us

As a Client Relation Specialist, you will be at the heart of our mission. Here are your key responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound, outbound calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Address client inquiries, provide information on insurance policies, and resolve any issues or concerns
  • Assist clients with policy updates and general policy enquiries and accurately document all client interactions and follow up as needed to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with dealerships and financial institutions to complete pending files.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address complex client issues and ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay informed about our products, services, and industry trends to effectively assist clients.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We're looking for someone who:

  • Is recognized for their customer service oriented
  • Demonstrates strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Is known for their good knowledge of the Office suite and software tools
  • Has 3 years of experience in a call center, customer service or client relations role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Advanced level of English proficiency is required, as the role involves handling a variety of calls, emails, and documents in English, and frequent interaction with English speaking clients and partners across Canada on a daily basis.
  • Advanced level of French proficiency is required, as the role involves handling a variety of calls, emails, and documents in French, and frequent interaction with French speaking clients and partners across Canada on a daily basis

The typical hiring range for this position is between $50 000 and $55 000 CAD annually. The proposed base salary may vary depending on the candidate's knowledge, skills, years of experience, and internal equity related to the role.
