Handle admin emails - client questions, A/R and A/P, follow up with overdue accounts.

Process credit cards

Basic bookkeeping in Quick Books

Reconcile Accounts

Monthly invoicing

Schedule is flexible Monday to Friday 2 or 3 days per week between 9 am and 5 pm.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Strong computer skills with data entry experience
  • Excellent clerical and administrative experience
  • Customer service and phone etiquette expertise
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations
  • Experience with QuickBooks and bookkeeping
  • Ability to proofread and provide customer support
  • Relevant experience in medical or dental office settings

Summary

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be essential in supporting daily operations and ensuring efficient office management. Reporting to the Office Manager, your core skills in Microsoft Office, data entry, and customer service will enable you to handle clerical tasks, manage multi-line phone systems, and maintain organized filing systems. Your premium knowledge of QuickBooks will assist in financial record-keeping, while relevant skills in proofreading and customer support will enhance communication and service delivery.
