**Overview**

**Duties**
- Perform account analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage to maintain financial records.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure timely payments to employees.
- Prepare budgets and assist in financial forecasting to support organizational goals.
- Generate financial reports for management review, highlighting key insights and trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) is essential.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliation, and budgeting processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
