Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Laborer to join our team and assist with various siding, soffit/fascia and eavestroughing installation. This role involves supporting various operational tasks across our facilities, ensuring smooth workflow and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, reliable, and eager to contribute to team success in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment as needed
  • Support the setup and breakdown of work areas for different projects
  • Perform general manual labor including lifting, carrying, and moving supplies or equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to promote safety and efficiency
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times during operations
  • Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
  • Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to supervisors promptly

Requirements

  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
  • Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in manual labor or construction is a plus but not required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and environments
  • Comfortable working at heights

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
