We are seeking reliable, motivated, and skilled Casual Labourers / Sunroom Installers to support our team through the winter season. This role is perfect for individuals with hands-on construction experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment and want the chance to grow into a long-term position.

Position Overview

As a Casual Temp Seasonal Sunroom Installer, you will assist our installation team with the assembly and installation of high-quality sunrooms and related products. Work is weather-dependent and will run from late December through March, with the potential for full-time employment or subcontracting opportunities for high-performing individuals after March 2025.

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Experience using hand and power tools
  • Previous sunroom installation or related construction experience
  • Ability to lift, carry, and work on ladders safely
  • Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
  • Positive attitude and reliability are a must

Requirements:

  • Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence
  • Reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites
  • Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions
