As the Assistant Director of Green Leaves Early Learning Port Macquarie, your role is key in building a positive, warm, fun and welcoming culture where our Green Leaves Commitments are embedded across all that we do You will use your masterful leadership skills to support the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and successful running of the Centre, guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds, and actively mentor and develop the team around best practice.

Ideally, we'd love for you to hold:

A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualificationA current State relevant Working with Children's CheckA current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates (or willing to obtain upon commencement)A current Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain upon commencement)Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Lead EducatorKnowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar equivalent platforms)National Police ClearanceProda IDFood Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain)
