Your Mission:
Your mission as the Agency Partner Manager is to establish and grow a high-performing ecosystem of marketing, development, and eCommerce agencies that drive mutual value through revenue growth, new client acquisition, and product adoption. You'll own the full partner lifecycle from identifying and recruiting strategic agencies to onboarding, enablement, co-selling, and joint marketing initiatives while serving as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of partners. This is a highly collaborative role at the intersection of partner management, sales, and strategic alliances, working closely with Sales, Account Executives, Account Managers, Marketing, Customer Success, and agency partners. This is a remote position reporting to the Head of Partnerships with a preference for candidates based in Toronto, LA, NY, or SF. Flexibility in working hours may be required to support agencies across North America, Europe, and LATAM, along with occasional travel (up to 15%) for partner meetings, conferences, and events.
What You'll Do:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential agency partners, establishing strong relationships with agency leadership and client-facing teams.
- Define joint value propositions and develop strategic business plans that align with partner capabilities and client needs.
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through co-selling, lead generation, and close collaboration with the sales team.
- Build scalable enablement programs including training, certifications, sales collateral, and incentive initiatives in partnership with marketing.
- Track and analyze partner performance, pipeline contribution, and KPIs using tools like HubSpot and Tableau, providing insights to internal stakeholders.
Who we're looking for:
- 5-7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or agency management, preferably in the SaaS or eCommerce space.
- Strong understanding of the agency ecosystem (digital marketing, Shopify/BigCommerce/Adobe Commerce service partners, etc.).
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner relationships that drive measurable business impact.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience collaborating with sales and marketing teams to drive GTM alignment.
- Familiarity with CRM and partner management tools (e.g.,HubSpot, PartnerStack, Crossbeam).
