- Maintain employee information in HR and payroll systems with accuracy and confidentiality
- Partner with the Director of Human Resources to support day-to-day HR operations, onboarding, and employee communications

- Prepare and process ROEs, benefit updates, and other employment documents
- Take initiative in improving processes and finding efficiencies within payroll and HR functions
- Jump in wherever needed — because teamwork is how we do things here
What You Bring

- 2–3 years of hands-on payroll experience (hourly, bi-weekly preferred)
- Experience with payroll and HRIS systems (any combination is great)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with data and systems
- A high level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- A proactive, 'roll up your sleeves' attitude — you like to learn, contribute, and grow
- Bonus points for experience in a manufacturing or office environment
Why You'll Love It Here
- We're more than just a workplace — we're a community. Our team values trust, balance, and fun, and we celebrate our wins together.
- Believes in family values and a supportive, inclusive culture
- Offers career growth and professional development opportunities
- Provides a full range of benefits, including health, dental, pension, and life insurance
- Hosts regular company events and employee appreciation initiatives
- Offers paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and an Employee Assistance Program
- Has on-site parking and leadership that genuinely cares about your success
