Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct physical counts in coordination with inventory control and parts departments.
  • Report discrepancies and ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Provide counter service and assist with customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
  • Perform all receiving and shipping tasks, including order picking, packing, and processing.
  • Prepare and manage shipping documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Address and resolve any shipping or receiving inquiries.
Education, Experience & Qualification
  • High School Diploma.
  • Experience with shipping and receiving.
  • Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Warehousing ticket is an asset.
Technical Competencies & Skills
  • Able to work 12-hour day and night shifts; on a 7x7 rotation.
  • Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build strong internal working relationships.
  • Quick learner, adaptable to an ever-changing environment.
  • Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds.
Wages and Benefits

Conuma Resources takes pride in providing industry-competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package that truly values our employees. Specifically for the Warehouse Technician role, we offer an annual base salary range of $72,000 - $85,000.00, along with a variety of bonuses. These bonuses include monthly efficiency bonuses linked to safety and production as well as quarterly retention bonuses. Our benefits package also includes paid vacation and personal days, 7% RRSP matching, and 100% employer-paid extended health and dental care, among other valuable perks.
