Warehouse & Operations Coordinator About Us: At Lambert Heating, Plumbing & Air, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and innovative solutions to our clients. We are seeking a proactive Warehouse & Operations Coordinator to enhance our operational efficiency and support our business initiatives. Role Overview: In this key role, you will focus on optimizing warehouse operations and streamlining internal processes. You will lead initiatives to improve technician efficiency and foster a productive workplace culture, while coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, implement and maintain the truck replenishment process, material return process, and purchase order process. - Oversee next-day installations and ensure proper staging and fulfillment of materials and equipment. - Supervise warehouse staff daily to maximize efficiency and streamline operations. - Develop, implement and maintain full counts and cycle counts of inventory in both the warehouse and vehicles. - Develop, implement and maintain warranty returns and the material receiving process. - Track, schedule, and maintain vehicle maintenance, including repairs and upkeep. - Oversee tool maintenance and ensure all equipment is in optimal condition. - Streamline internal processes by creating and implementing standard operating procedures. - Identify areas for operational improvement and present actionable solutions. - Collaborate with technicians for training and professional development opportunities. - Coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational goals and initiatives. - Organize employee events and team bonding exercises throughout the year. - Submit Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reporting as needed to stakeholders. Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in a warehouse management or coordinator role. - Knowledge of plumbing/HVAC industry or parts preferred. -2+ years in operations role preferred - Experience in supply chain and inventory management. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). - Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities. - Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong time management, problem-solving, and analytical abilities. Key Performance Indicators: - Effectiveness in managing warehouse operations and inventory accuracy. - Ability to work collaboratively with staff and drive productivity. - High accuracy in data management and process improvement initiatives.
