We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team who is available on weekends. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of dishes, cookware, and kitchen utensils in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role is essential to ensure smooth kitchen operations and uphold high standards of food safety and hygiene. Prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. Responsibilities

  • Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently
  • Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas throughout shifts
  • Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed, including organizing supplies and cleaning workspaces
  • Follow proper food handling and safety procedures in accordance with health regulations
  • Support kitchen staff by ensuring all necessary items are available for food service and cooking operations
  • Adhere to sanitation standards and safety protocols at all times
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required
  • Knowledge of cleaning procedures and food safety standards is advantageous
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to learn new skills related to food handling and kitchen operations
  • Basic understanding of food service operations is beneficial but not mandatory
