What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of proven leadership as a Head or Executive Chef with a passion for innovation
  • Ability to maximize and manage resources including Food Cost and Labour
  • Expertise in creative menu development and culinary trends with a passion for cleanliness
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, quality standards, and strong inventory control
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
