Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist If you want top wages, with no fees, this is the place for you The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hair styling and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful hairstyles, providing consultations, and ensuring that clients leave our salon feeling confident and satisfied. You will also play a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for both clients and staff.

Duties

  • Provide professional hair styling services including cutting, coloring, and treatments tailored to client preferences.
  • Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with salon policies.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and meet sales goals.
  • Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and answering phone inquiries.
  • Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment that fosters creativity and teamwork.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon setting is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Familiarity with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of sanitation practices in the beauty industry is essential.
  • A valid cosmetology license is required.
  • Must have own clientele.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$43.71 per hour
