Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Professional located in Richmond, BC, with some work from home acceptable. The Sales Professional will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include conducting product presentations, answering client inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. The Sales Professional will also collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, customer service, and client relationship management
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with the haircare or beauty industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • A goal-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
