What Youll Do

As the Junior Product Manager, you will be the strategic owner of our group of products. This role is ideal for a strategic and business-minded individual who is passionate about product development and understands customer needs. You will:

  • Lead Product Strategy: Develop and drive product strategies by analyzing market trends, client needs, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Marketing & Advertising: Oversee marketing efforts for product lines, working closely with the marketing team to position each product effectively in the market.
  • Enhancements & Improvements: Identify, prioritize, and implement the right product enhancements and improvements based on customer feedback, market research, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with Sales & MVP Teams: Partner with the Sales Team to align on product positioning and sales strategies. Work with the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) Team to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvements driven by learning.
  • Own Product Lifecycle: Manage the full product lifecycle from initial concept through launch and post-launch support, facilitating the right strategic decisions based on product performance and customer feedback.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Utilize creativity to effectively address product challenges and find innovative solutions that enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 years experience in product management, ideally within metering, utilities, or technology industries.
  • Ability to bridge technical understanding with business objectives, especially regarding application domains and end-user requirements.
  • Strong ability to analyze market and competitor data, with a focus on creating winning strategies for each product line.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Resourceful and able to make strategic decisions that drive product success and customer satisfaction.
  • A proactive leader who can manage multiple products and guide cross-functional teams effectively.
