This role is ideal for a technology professional with hands-on experience in Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Copilot, and SharePoint, who is passionate about helping organizations modernize their workplace, enhance collaboration, and drive digital transformation.

As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to assess business needs, design tailored solutions, and implement modern workplace technologies that improve productivity, streamline processes, and support strategic goals.

We embrace a work from office culture which requires in office presence five (5) days per week.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to assess current workplace technologies and identify opportunities for modernization
• Design and implement solutions using Microsoft Teams (Sales, Customer Service, Business Central, etc.) to support business operations
• Leverage Microsoft Copilot to enhance user productivity, automate tasks, and integrate AI-driven insights into business workflows
• Configure and optimize SharePoint environments for document management, intranet portals, and team collaboration
• Lead workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to support user adoption
• Develop solution architecture, documentation, and governance models aligned with Microsoft best practices
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate Microsoft Teams and SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Power Platform, etc.)
• Stay current with Microsoft roadmap updates and emerging technologies to inform client strategies
• Support pre-sales activities including client demos, proposal development, and solution scoping
• Provide ongoing support and advisory services to ensure long-term client success

 Skills and Experience 

• 5+ years of experience in consulting or IT delivery roles focused on Microsoft technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Teams (functional or technical), SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Copilot
• Strong understanding of modern workplace concepts, digital collaboration, and cloud transformation
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a strong asset
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-200, MB-300, MS-600, or equivalent are preferred
